Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Zoom Integration Won't Connect

  1. Verify you're signed into the correct Zoom account
  2. Check that your Zoom account has meeting permissions
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
  4. Clear your browser cache and try again

Meeting Agent Doesn't Join Automatically

  1. Ensure the meeting has a Zoom link in your Google Calendar
  2. Verify both Google Calendar and Zoom integrations are connected
  3. Check that the meeting is scheduled (not an instant meeting)
  4. Confirm the meeting starts after your integration was set up

Missing Recordings or Transcripts

  1. Verify the meeting lasted at least 2 minutes
  2. Check that there was sufficient audio content
  3. Allow up to 10 minutes for processing after meeting ends
  4. Contact support if recordings don't appear after 30 minutes

Recording Permission Issues

  1. This shouldn't happen with proper OAuth setup
  2. If prompted, it means integration needs reconnection
  3. Disconnect and reconnect your Zoom account
  4. Contact support if issue persists

How we process your meeting data

Meeting audio is processed securely through our certified partner Recall.ai using enterprise-grade encryption. Only audio is analyzed to generate transcripts and content - video, screen shares, and personal information are never stored.

Data retention and deletion policies

Raw meeting data is processed and permanently deleted within 7 days. Generated transcripts and articles remain in your account until you choose to delete them. You have full control to delete individual recordings or all data at any time.

Security measures and compliance

All data transmission uses end-to-end encryption with SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. We conduct regular security audits and maintain GDPR and CCPA compliance standards.
